" Clean gym, friendly staff, enthusiastic instructors. Pretty good gym if you live nearby. Parking can be an issue during peak period though. "

" Lots of classes going on!!! Zumba, yoga, Grit, Piloxing, Muay Thai, TRX, pilates etc.... they hv sauna. Provide towels, shampoo, shower gel locker and hair dryer. "

" Gym box is really a cool place for you to do your fitness activity. They provide a lot of variety classes (already included in your monthly fee). They have MMA ring and Boxing ring for you. Weight lifting area is good, yet in my opinion, it could be improved since the space is smaller compare to fighting area. other than that, this gym is one of the best in Kuching. "
