" One of the worst massage experiences I have ever had, and I have been for so many, being a spa enthusiast. Expensive, and for the price that you pay, you are not even provided the service. Masseuse who can't speak a word of English such that the counter staff had to keep coming in to translate simple instructions such as hard/soft, and the massage techniques were so off and odd. I felt like a piece of dough being kneaded. It was so bad, I stopped my masseuse halfway and told her please do not continue. Could not wait for it to end. I'll never go back and never recommmed it to anyone either "
