" Will not recommend going to this clinic.
Went over once and will be the last. Saw Dr K briefly for about 10mins and he roughly explained what might be the cause for my dog's illness. After which he said 'give me a minute while i go and take a look at the x-ray then i can explain more to you.' So okay, i waited and 5mins later, an assistant came in and say that they need to take a blood test for my dog and i should wait outside while the doctor sees another customer. Waited outside for about half an hour and another assistant called for us and said your medication is ready. I was like WHAT? i dont even know what is wrong with my dog. No proper consultation etc. So i had to ASK what is this what is that. So nevermind, i decided to just ask for a copy of the xray and then leave the clinic and they said 'okay, we will send you through whatsapp as it is faster.'
That was not all. I had to call them 3 TIMES just to get one copy of the xray and till now I still dont have it.
Worse of all, they gave injections to my dog WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I only realise when i went home and took a look at the receipt then i know. What kind of clinic gives you no proper consultation, promises to give you a copy of the xray but end up didnt?
Think twice before going there. "

" Worst vet clinic ever. I've called up for a home visit for my old lovely dog for a check up and possible euthanasia and ended up the nurse said my email contains my address went to junk mail and the vet did not show up after 3 hours waiting. I called back to find out if the vet can still come as my dog is really sick and collapsed on the floor. The vet 'refused' with no reason and the nurse asked me if my dog has died already so the vet does not need to come. Disappointed. "
