" Our third visit to Ritz-Carlton and every time we are blown away! We came this year for our first wedding anniversary and as usual were treated like royalty. The room was perfect and clean, bathroom incredible, and the views of the marina are amazing (well worth the money!) Buffet breakfast is vast and high quality, and I cannot express just how amazing the staff and the building are. If I could give 6 stars I would. "

" Came here for the dinner buffet at colony and the food was amazing. Seafood was very fresh and sweet and salty at the same time. Best part was the shells were opened for you so no effort required to peel the crab shell off by yourself. Every dish tasted great. Ambience was classy and cozy. Service of staff was perfect. 10/10. Tops all the buffet I’ve been to. "

" I like that Ritz Carlton is a family friendly hotel where they provide play rooms for children. Their rooms are spacious and big enough for a family of four. Their location is awesome. We can travel freely without a car as it is right smack in between Marian square and suntec city. "

" Room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. We had the Marina Bay view room which oversees the whole marina landscape and it was so beautiful. We were lucky to be able to see the ndp rehearsals from our room too since it was overlooking the floating platform. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The overall experience was a super pleasant one and absolutely wonderful staycation choice. "

The views of the bay are fantastic. A quick walk away is Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands.

" I was here only for a company event. I can't comment on the rooms and other services. The ballroom was a bit small for the event but the place looked good and there was just enough space that you wouldn't feel cramped. Food was fine, good enough to meet your expectations knowing that they're catering to a few hundred people. "

" Came in after a long flight from the US and despite being confirmed of a early checkin can't get a room even till 11 Am. Not even a basic courtesy to get someone comfortable. I could have rather used an airport lounge than paying $$$ Usd night for a service one never gets. Simply no management. Terrible !
Update: I am changing the rating from 1 star to 3 star because of the fantastic staff and the service! It was impeccable. I am still upset as they gave me a smoking room which smelled like hell during 4 days stay. "
