" Extremely disappointed. Awful massage. Masseuse attitude was bad and strength was inconsistent. She did not target the knots and kept pressing into my bones. It was so painful. Did not even response when I told her to adjust pressure. When requested to massage an area on my shoulder she grudgingly prod around without caring which part I pointed at. Supposed to be a relaxing massage but turn out to be a stressful experience. Not recommended. "

" Was not informed that my 90mins ginger massage was only 60mins, other 30mins was force to have a agonising body scrub, massage was very rush, pressure was supposed to be firm, but was hard.. Rough hands, I had massage by men that has smoother hands... I don't know why people will pay more then $200 for this, I only paid a hundred and its not worth it.. Absolute disaster.. "

" One of the best resort style spas in town though it is located in heartland area. My husband and I went for the Balinese massage on Groupon, and both of us were impressed by the deco, atmosphere, and services. The rooms are a but run down, and can have better touch up though. I personally think it is too cold even they turned off the air con for my room... "
