" Very bad customer service...
I went to this branch reception counter today (15th Nov 2016 @ 1224hrs) asking for help on my internet account...
When I reached e reception counter, a male CS was talking to another long hair lady staff & show a unhappy face when I approached him...
At first, I dont understand what he meant, so I replied him that I cant remember my password thinking that he was talking about my internet password...
He gave a very sarcastic remark by saying "u mean u cant remember your own ATM password?"
Thereafter, asking me to go to the ATM to reset my internet password whereby I had did a wrong transaction on internet activated & was unsuccessful...
I went back to him again (still talking with that lady staff) & he did it for me with a kind of unwillingly to help face expression...
After doing it for me, he went back to the reception counter making another sarcastic remark to the lady staff on my wrong transaction that I had done...
I really felt very disappointed with this branch customer service as I thought reception counter staff should always be polite & friendly to any walk-in customer as this is the 1st step for the customer to refer for help that they need...
Anyway, I will never want to visit this branch anymore after this bad incident... "
