" Terrible service and attitude. Receptionist is... put it nicely, unhelpful. Hotel seem unable to cope with the check-in process, and there were many families stranded at the lobby, waiting to be given their rooms.
We only got our room after an hour delay. This was after we went to the receptionist to ask twice, and after we asked to speak to the hotel manager (who couldn't be found).
Beds and pillows are comfortable, though there were small black stains on the bed sheets. Door lock seems to be in the midst of upgrading to those scanning type, but currently has to be unlocked with a key. Has to squat/bend to unlock due to the weird design of the lock/key.
In summary? If you are short on time, avoid! Definitely can find a better accommodation at a better location at the same, or cheaper price. "
