" The new self-service lockers for picking up reserved books is a bit of a let down. System fails quite regularly. The system "over ride" is also electronic and staff are unable to "over ride". They end up having to call in the vendors. More hassle for the staff. And the borrower ends up having to make a second trip to collect the reserved book - from the counter! Bring back the old pay at the eKiosk and collect at the counter. One time transaction - and fail safe! "

" It's a haven for book lovers and an exploration for kids. It has a level just for kids to enjoy the variety of books. The cafe serves good food with reasonable prices. However, if you intend to sit at the cafe area, be sure to be their customers, or else they'll ask you kindly to give up the seat for their customers. "
