" For a 170MYR room, I was expecting for at least a basic facility.even in the official website they told that there was an electric keatle and minibar inside.after check in, I found both wasn't there. Called the reception but she ask me back is it usually a minibar and keatle was included?.damn lousy staff and bad place to stay.need to throw away my wife's BF milk since theres no minibar, and I meed to walk all the way along the corridor to get hot water to prepare kids milk,hot coffee.do u guys really think u knows how to run a hotel? "
