" Ssk 2. Near to the town. Also operated as military air base. New building and a masjid putside on progress. To park, there are lot for cars but unfortunately no shelter for motor cycle parking.
Departure area at the second floor. While arrivals may picked up at the lower floor.
At departing area, you can rest a while in a free rest area with comfy chair and charger elecrical outlet.
Theminus obviously came from lack of room for praying . Only one and use for maybe up to 5 people. One wudhu tap for ladies and one for gents. "

" Overall the airport is excellent. The only problem is the airport is too close to the downtown. It might be good for travellers, but it's really disturbing for Pekanbaru citizens. And not to mention the airport current location is kind of dangerous, too much highrise buildings around the runway and of coures it'll endanger the planes. SSK II airport is a very busy airport and everytime planes landing and takeoff. "
