" Long queue during peak hours. Crew with unfriendly attitudes. Almost always have to wait at the side for orders after payment is made. NOTE: Check your orders before leaving. They have NEVER gotten my order right. At least 1 item is missed every time. Aside from missing items, missing basic amenities / meal inclusions as well - straw, napkins, ketchup (never offered much less voluntarily given) and spoon. "

" Every Sunday morning I will be here. Peaceful ambience, chilling space, soft music, soul calming. Would have slow pace of breakfast and hundred sips of refillable roasted coffee before heading for hectic hellish work. There is a consistency problem at the sauce/seasoning/utensil availability. Sometimes everything are there, sometimes no pepper or salt or sugar or creamer or even sauce.
Weekend nights are like pasar malam, really. Waiting line at the drive thru is so long that some cars are queuing outside the restaurant compound. "

" Parking lot is just plenty and there are not many tables for customers to dine at ground floor level. Think of some customers who do not prefer to eat on the upper ground floor or any OKU person that cannot or have trouble to make it upstairs. And fried chicken seems always out of stock that keeps customers crave for spicy fries chicken frustrated. "

" A relatively small McDonald, and I feel like this branch is specifically built for drive thru only. The walkway at the back of the parking lot leads you to a dead end at the building, then you have to cross over the drive thru lane without knowing what vehicle is ahead of you. There is no walkway for pedestrian to enter the building, that must be a joke. I guess the change will only happen when someone get killed considering the majority of rude and below bar drivers in this country. "
