" The location is great because it is exactly at the front of Talise beach. They offer a great range of breakfast and some are actually good. I took a superior room for a business trip and the room is quite spacious, neat, and tidy. Unfortunately when I arrived the AC didn't work, though they insisted that there was nothing wrong with it :(. And mind that I checked in at 10.30 pm. Obviously I wanted to rest immediately. After more than an hour of waiting, two technicians coming to my room, and asking repeatedly to change the room, FINALLY it worked and I could rest. However, realizing that it is a well known hotel, surely this kind of experience is not good and even annoying. Hopefully this may be a feedback for improvement for them. "

" Good place, I got a sea view from my room. Overall the room was nice clean and comfy. For breakfast, i think need to improve the bakeries (I try croissant & danish). Advantage: this hotel is near the famous Kaledo restaurant in town. "

" The way to enjoy one of the beaches in the city is to stay at this hotel. From the hotel you can walk to the Jembatan Palu IV, Pantai Taman Ria while enjoying pisang epe and sarabi or hang out at small cafes around the hotel. The hotel room is nice and clean. "
