" The personnel are friendly; they are helpful, informative, and communicative. It is nice experience dealing with such good people.
The building and infrstructure itself need a lot upgrades. The facility needs to be maintained properly; i saw nursery room and play corner, but they are in poor condition or can not be used. The toilet is in bad condition, dont go there unless you are really realy really really have to 😫
If you are looking for food, they got quite of choices. They also got mushalla (clean!), and photocopiers. The only ATM available is BNI. "

" Visiting this place on August of 2017. There are lot of person here, very crowded. But only limited staff available at that time. There are 4 customer care desks, but only 2 desks are available. Besides there is not a clear sign of online registration waiting list. Better to prepare a whole day off if you want to extend new passport or register new passport. "

" To perpanjang pasport disini bawa semua berkas yg aslinya (kk,akte, ktp) to melancarkan urusanya. Ikuti prosedurnya, mudah kok. Karena emang bnyak yg ngurus, jd kita kudu sabar. "
