" I got a recommendation from a friend that this repair shop is good and satisfying. In fact, it isn't. I gave my laptop on Jan 21 with a convincing promise that they will call me in 4 days. In the beginning of February, I got a call about the damage and cost to fix it. I agreed. In the end of February they called me that it's finished. I came and found out that my laptop was still not fixed properly. They continued the reparation. Today, April 12, I called them and got my laptop fixed well. This place really needs to improve their on time performance. "

" Berdasarkan pengalaman saya disini. Pelayanan dan teknisi tidak profesional. Notebook saya dijanjikan diperbaiki 1 hari, nyatanya 3 hari, itupun masih rusak keyboardnya. Jadi saya bolak balik datang disini. Saat akhir pegangan saya hilang karena kecerobohan teknisi, alhasil saya pulang dengan kerugian (kehilangan pegangan laptop).
