" Newly built hotel. Many facilities are not ready like karaoke room, gym etc. Although there is a good sized swimming pool which guests can swim laps. Nothing around the hotel like shops or places to eat. The nearest would be Hub Market which is about 7mins walk away. I think the hotel caters more to guests going to the airport from remote places of Medan to catch an early flight or for those who have to do a stopover. Nice and friendly staffs. Lowest temperature settings for aircon in the rooms is only 23c. So the room could get warm and stuffy in the afternoon. Overall very good. Recommended. "

" Lovely hotel to stay in. The staff were so attentive & very polite nothing at all was a problem. We arrived late off a flight and the beds were great after all the travelling. We ate the New Zealand steak in the restraunt it was cooked perfect & it was delicious. A great hotel with great staff. "

" Perfect place to stay close to the airport. International standard rooms. 3+ or 4 or even 5 star for Indonesia. Waking up you do not know if you are in Europe, America or Asia. Classical interior design. Good breakfast, also youghurt and muesli. "

" Whenever you are on the way from Kualanamu to Medan... Look to your right side. There it is... Prime Plaza Kualanamu hotel. Only 10 min from the airport. Such a nice hotel. "
