The Women in Medicine in Ireland Network (WiMIN) was established in 2018 to bring female doctors and medical students in Ireland together and to promote, support and encourage them in their professional lives. Gender inequity is a challenge faced in all areas of society, and the medical profession is no exception. WiMIN creates a space for real solutions to be found.
