" Just got off the phone to one of the ignorant receptionists I have ever come across. I have been attending the medical centre since I was a baby and to say it has gone down hill is an under statement. Was looking for a letter to state the injury i had and they wanted me to pay 300.00. Actually cannot believe this. She was extremely abrupt on the phone, I have always found the Medical Centre very helpful but lately they are a disgrace. A lot of the time they are dealing with very ill people, to crack a smile or even say how are you doesn't take much. Shame on you. To the other receptionists you guys are lovely, I won't mention as this particular receptionist knows who she is. "
