Sandra's Cake House is based in Kinvara, south Co. Galway,and is owned by me, Sandra Murphy, where I specialise in wedding cakes and celebration cakes. With a background in Hotel and Catering Management, I also hold a PME Masters Certificate in Sugarcraft with modules completed in sugarpaste, royal icing and sugar flowers.
My purpose built cake kitchen is HSE approved and insured with Mast.
My style is contempory and elegant while all the time keeping up with the latest trends in cake.
