Another great line, thoroughly researched and tested by Dr. Des Fernandes. The Radiance+ range lightens skin, treats existing pigment and helps prevent further pigment formation. This body of resesrch took Dr. Des Fernandes to Japan where he once again harnessed powerful plant extracts to formulate his product. These ingredients work SIX different ways in the skin to teach our melanocytes to react less spontaneousl...y to light stimulation.
Can be used with or without Vitamin A - obviously I prefer it with! Can also be used in conjunction with home rolling and the DF mobile device.
As we enter darker evenings and cooler seasons this is the perfect time to start tackling pigment and strengthen our skins before next year's Summer and sunshine.

Do you know that red peppers contain at least 3 times more Vitamin C per serving than oranges?
...
And that once consumed our bodies turn the beta carotene in carrots into active Vitamin A (retinols)? We use this for everything from a healthy immune system to healthy skin and eyes.
Beetroot is a great sourse of folate and magnesium and is known to lower blood pressure 💁♀️
I love both the spiced beets and little beetroot falafels I got here from Aldi, a yummy addition to my salad.
My fats are coming from cold pressed Irish Flax Seed Oil and some lightly toasted walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Eating a rainbow, feeding my skin 🌈😊
