" So looking at responses i see a trend here. The company responds to the 5 stars but hides its head to negative.
Contacted company paid fee for three visits got one in January and have not seen them since. Also when contacting Naas office it is clear they have no interest.
Never been treated so badly by any company "

" I paid €2,200 to have a major pest control job on my property - before the work was even started they phoned me to have me pay via credit card in full. Fair enough. They said they would send me a receipt in the post. 2 weeks later still no receipt so I can't submit my claim to insurance company. I called them twice again to issue a receipt but still none has arrived! I am going to their premises in Naas today to demand a receipt otherwise I don't want the work done and will demand a refund. "
