" This changes everything. I normally go for a long run to destress and declutter the mind. An hour's float did both as well as provide 60 minutes of pure tranquility. The free, post-float green tea shouldn't be missed either :) Highly recommended. "

" I have been to Sli Beatha Float house a number of times and thoroughly enjoyed the experience each time. In my work I am constantly in front of a screen, on the mobile phone and work long hours. It has been brilliant to spend an hour away from it all, shut off and relax. I find it both physical and mentally very beneficial. After each session, I am re-charged and the sleep I get that night is amazing. I would highly recommend this to all. "
