" Poor customer service
I put duvets and pillows in this dry cleaners I received pillows back still wet and a duvet which had shrunk
I telephoned to complain and was told they do not dry clean duvets and pilows
Perhaps it would have been helpful to tell me this before you took my money or maybe you should read instructions on them first "
