" Called Gary on a wednesday evening very late and he took my call👏. We had a problem with rats in the cavity wall in the house and in the attic. Gary called Friday afternoon to set traps in the wall and bait boxes in the garden. Couple of nights later we decided to put some drain blockers in to try eliminate the problem from the sewer. Second call out he decided to leave some nontoxic blocks in the sewer to monitor. Within a few day’s problem was solved. Gary was on the end of the phone through out the whole process nothing was a problem.
