I am a mobile personal trainer (Midlands area) meaning I will come to you. We can train anywhere convenient to us both - this may be your house, a local park, gym etc.

If your muscles are tight, take a warm shower or bath before doing the exercises. Exercise on a rug or mat. Wear loose clothing. Don’t wear shoes. Stop doing any exercise that causes... pain. Do it 2-3 times a week. You will feel the difference 🙂💪 Video is sped up, do it nice and slow!

Be active! Find your perfect way to do it! You don't have to go to the gym straight away! Go for a walk🚶‍♀️,finally get the bicycle out from the shed🚴‍♂️, play tennis or football with your little one ⚽️🎾 ,run, swim...try different classes, hire a personal trainer... There's so many ways to be active! #noexuses Being physically active means you:

Have more vitality Are in better shape... Have better mental health Can manage stress better Have more self esteem Physical activity helps:

Prevent and better control some risk factors for heart disease: blood cholesterol, diabetes and hypertension Improve muscle and bone health (osteoporosis prevention) Improve sleep Control weight.... I think I don't have to convince you anymore ! Just go and try to get at least 5000 steps a day! Just be active! 💪🙂
