This unregistered builder did not do what I asked him to do. Also If this person says trust me be careful. Please use a registered builder and ask for paper work.
I would like the bay and windows unshrunk. As well as this I'm waiting for the receipts and guarantee for work Jun 2022.
Builders who have said they were dyslexic an email or signed document should still be sent. If this person says don't send emails please do. Get everything signed and in writing. Someone else can always read it to him/them. An email stating your requirements is important so you can reconfirm the type of work you want within that email. I strongly suggest people go via a registered Architect and registered builder showing insurance and paperwork for proof. This person implied he was registered. I have to have the work redone and ridges removed. My life savings were used to try to sort out the house. Since then also there is a lot of mould/moss on the new "mould free" cills. I was told the roof was fine then asked for 20K. The windows were supposed to be good quality and the same size as the neighbours. Asbestos was mentioned but I was told its fine once I don't touch it? I paid alot of money to have the water tank cleared of rubble as well. Tony Hall-Imyerman and the two workers were punctual. One day they didn't come. The builder is very charming and a good sales person. i would like the money back and/or the work redone to the standard I asked for. Taking advantage of vulnerable people is not acceptable.
Please check dates and who are doing other ratings.
