BAIT TLV was formed to create a 'home' for all of our projects. The word BAIT in hebrew means house, which we felt fitted well being property developers who are based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Starting as a family business 30 years ago in Jerusalem we have now expanded to Tel Aviv where we are able to live and breathe the energetic city. With that comes exciting property opportunities where we are able to explore different materials, shapes and styles to make buildings both from scratch and restoration.
