English Below---טייסת 325 הינה מיזם חברתי שמטרתו לייצר מפגש בלתי אמצעי בין ילדים חולים במחלקות בתי החולים השונות להנחלת ערכי התעופה והמצויינות. המיזם הוקם ע״י רס״ן יניב קלעי בתחילת שנת 2021 בבית החולים לילדים שניידר והתרחב בשנתיים האחרונות גם לבתי החולים תל השומר ואיכילוב.יניב הוא יתום צה״ל אשר איבד את אביו בגיל 7 חודשים, עת שמסוקו של אביו נפל במהלך פעולה לחילוץ נפגעים בלבנון. במטרה להנציח את זכרו של אביו, יצא יניב ביוזמה ייחודית להנגשת טיסה בסימולטור טיסה מתקדם לילדים המאושפזים בבתי חולים.החזון של המיזם הוא קירוב לבבות בחברה הישראלית באמצעות מפגש בלתי אמצעי בין הילדים ממגזרים, גילאים ושכבות אוכולוסייה שונות לבין 'החופש האולטימטיבי': סימולציה מתקדמת של טיסה בשמיים הפתוחים.מלבד החוויה החיובית והמהנה של הטיסה בסימולטור, הילדים מקבלים גם אפשרות לשלוט ולו במעט במתרחש בחייהם.עזרו לנו להקים סימולטור טיסה רביעי בהלל יפה: https://giveback.co.il/project/71549---Squadron 325 is a social initiative whose goal is a direct meeting between sick children in different hospital departments to instill the values of aviation and excellence. The project was established by Major Yaniv Kalai at the beginning of 2021 at Schneider Children's Hospital and expanded in only two years also to Tel Hashomer and Ichilov hospitals.Yaniv is an IDF orphan who lost his father at the age of 7 months when his father's helicopter fell to rescue casualties in Lebanon.
