I teach Hatha Yoga in the heart of Tel Aviv! Classes are intimate (1-5 students) and will be taught with the consideration of students' levels of strength, weaknesses, areas of discomfort or injury, and flexibility. I was trained and certified at the prestigious White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. The White Lotus Foundation has been quoted as being "among the most esteemed in the world of yoga" by Gayot Travel Magazine. Through intense training, studying and experience, two of the most respected (and famous) yoga teachers, Ganga White and Tracey Rich, trained me to develop into a professional yoga instructor.
