Our Head Chef Sony, has had lifetime experience in experimenting with food and flavours. Growing up in rural eastern Thailand, Sony has an expansive knowledge of Thai cuisine from an early age. Creating the finest dishes on the Island, she takes pride in her cooking and is always enthusiastic to learn more.
