The lady sitting at the counter is so rude and she doesn't even listen to our request properly. She says our boss is observing us through CCTV and we are not allowed to accept any exchanges. That is the reason I am writing this post so that the so called boss sees and then will either construct a trial room or will accept exchanges. Money is not peanuts atleast for us hence Iam writing this review. I purchased 7k worth clothes among which 4 ladies tee-shirt, 3 tee-shirts fit is good and that 1 tee shirt fit is bad. These guys should either accept that their clothe sizes are not same across varieties or should accept an exchange. 1 more observation is until few months back they used to have genuine playboy products and now most of the products are fake. Hei Boss if you are not aware of all this plz get some sense of what's happening in the store. "
