" Not able to contact them for refund. Airlines say they refunded. Akbar travels seems to have taken the refund and not passed onto me. Their phone and email both not working. Seems they are fraudsters. Don't use their services unless you want to lose your hard earned money. "

" I went for booking tickets for my travel to Tanzania at the Ahmedabad CG Road Akbar travels office & the woman on the desk Mansi gave me the most expensive ticket options & was not helpful to find lower cost tickets or refundable tickets for my travel at all! She did not even seem well informed about the travel policies during this pandemic!! I was really busy so I thought I'd take help of an agent so as to make my ticket booking process less of a Stressful task!! I really thought travel agents help people to get best possible deals but I was wrong in this situation! I did my own research & managed to get a ticket in half the price as opposed to the ticket she was suggesting to me!!! Thank god for that, or else I would have wasted a lot of money for nothing! So disappointed with the experience! "
