" Walked into this CCD for a cup of green tea and upon asking the Serving staff to get few cubes of Ice and a slice of Lemon along they stubbornly refused to it. Upon me arguing why couldn't they accommodate such a small request one of the waiters claimed it was against the rules and the other waiter said they had lemon and ice!! however the waiter refused to provide. I had to leave because I was not there to argue with the waiters for such a small thing and be ridiculed by them. @MANAGEMENT: TRAIN THE STAFF TO ACCOMMODATE REASONABLE CUSTOMERS REQUEST AS THE PREMISE OF SERVICE INDUSTRY IS BASED ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND A GOOD USER EXPERIENCE. Would recommend you to go there if you want to be ridiculed by the service staff. NOTE: OTHER CCDS DO GIVE YOU A SLICE OF LEMON & CUBES OF ICE WITH GREEN TEA. I Wonder what are their "Rules" "
