Only a single helper is managing outlet in Faridabad
I drop my xl6 on 18/6/23 for rubbing
On 11am outlet committed to deliver vechile by 3pm when I visited outlet by 4 pm my car was not completed and outlet is doing work on other car then he promised to deliver by 6.3 pm
Car delivery taken at 6.3 but the workmanship was so poor even after rubbing the spots was same
And they damage ovrm mirror
Please don’t take service from this outlet "

" The professionals are ok. But again they lack certain things like your car will not wiped with a dry cloth to get rid of water stains. However, the best part is that they listen to you, so if you are planning to get ur EV Wahed then this is a Good place.
The bad part was that there motor blew up in the middle of the wash. "

" paint protection film (ppf) was done by active detailing in my seltos car. worst outlet as per my experience. there were bubbles all around the car & ppf was peeling of from many sides , i have also attached images for the same.. they said they will trim the ppf from where it is peeling off but at that area there is no ppf on that respective point as they have trimmed the ppf & now the paint is directly in contact with the environment.i have given the money for ppf all around the car not like that at some points they will trim & paint will be in contact with the environment. thus i dont find that good & i found their service & outlet worst & not upto the mark & standards & not worth for money. i want to give 0 star rating but there is no option as such. "

" Active car wash is the best and valuable for money. They are doing very great job. It work with complete customer satisfactionThe behavior of all their staff is also very good and do each and every task very meticulously.I would advise everyone that please try them once😊❤️

" Was recommended ACW by a friend to get my car detailed. Must say, one of the best and pocket friendly detailers, Did a tremendous job on my car. Highly recommended, trained staff and Store manager Abhishek treats you well and explains you each and every process involved in the detailing. "
