" Booked an appointment for Dr. Trehan and found the appointment was booked but registration was not done . Post this I ended up wasting time and paying extra fee Rs 200.
Ideally this was something whichb should have been done by the call centre team which booked the appointment "

" Worst experience of a lifetime.Nursing staff unwilling to help.They prefer chitchatting at their counter even the patient is crying with pain.Basic amenities like the emergency bell not working.Even if it does work,nobody bothers to attend the patient.Everytime the attendent has to rush to the counter to call them and even then they come as per their own convenience.Exorbitant prices for even basic tests.Finance and billing team does not even want to hear any request from you.Whatever is the bill ,you have to pay it.Nobody is doing the job they are hired for.Whatever approximates they give for the entire process at the time of admission they will definitely charge you more than that. "

1. The hospital is very huge and the infrastructure is world class here.
2. The doctors here are also very qualified and world class.
3. The treatment here is very expensive and its almost unaffordable for an average Indian.
4. Sometimes they increase the bill without any legitimate reason and they need to improve this. "

" The medical facility is very good. Few doctors are great to interact, but not all.
Given the medical facilities provided, it should have been little less expensive. Focus should be shifted from building a grand hospital to a affordable hospital with best available techniques so that everyone can take its benefits. "

Rest facilities like a 7 star hotel and like you are on medical tourism actually not on medical treatment...... The administration should emphasize more on medical/treatment aspects. "

Unnecessary rules and policies around the place make it more annoying and when questioned, none of the rules make sense. I would not recommend the hospital at so unless the treatment is not available anywhere else "

" Worst hospital... Worst doctor(Dr RAJIV PARAKH) my grandmom died because of this money minded doctor... She was suffering from gangrene... Rajiv parekh fooled us for about 2-3 months... He didn't tell us she had an infection in her blood... Instead he operated her heart kidney etc.. He wasn't concerned about the main problem of her body... Today my grandmother is no more because of that blood infection... Infection was slowly spreading in her body... We showed her to other doctors as well and they told us u should have treated her infection earlier... Situation had become very critical by then... We changed the hospital... But we were too late... And at last we couldn't save her... SHAME ON YOU MEDANTA.... SHAME ON YOU RAJIV PARAKH.... You are not a doctor... You should call yourself devil... Karma will definitely play its role soon....worst vascular Dr of India... Don't kill more people...you made a lot of money murderer...if you want to save your money from being stolen... Don't go to medanta... All d good reviews are fake trust me... You will realise it and regret it later if you go to this hospital... Stay safe people... It was my duty to inform you all about it... " Medanta may be good in clinical capabilities but it is horrible customer experience every time one goes. The queues are serpentine, the doctors rude, the non clinical staff uneducated and incompetent. Just as example, in one of Ultrasound test, the radiologist didn't have basic knowledge and in middle of session he left to fetch a senior doctor who came after fifteen minutes. And I was lying on table all this while. The entire opd with scores of doctors across fourteen floor has so few lifts that people have to queue even at lift entry. The report collection takes ages... "
