I bought a car insurance of Oriental insurance. Policy Bazaar asked me to send a video for the inspection and then they send me the policy online. But the problem is that inspection date was 11th Feb and policy start date is 15th Feb. as per the rule policy should be issue within 24 hours after the inspection. Due to this, I didn't get a cashless claim from oriental. Also, I am trying to reach out in policy bazaar but they keep saying that they will arrange a call from the concerned person from last 3 days. This policy is totally useless for me If I can't get the claim when I wanted to.
I will suggest not to use policybazaar ever to purchase any policy, buy the policy directly from the company, not through Policybazaar. "

" Poor customer care service. Following up for last 3 weeks for refund. But they are delaying by giving excuse it is still under process. No commitment shown towards customer. Also all information they provide initially are very misleading and creates a lot of confusion. I would strongly recommend everyone to give a thought before buying any Policy from Policy Bazaar. "

Dear all, my personal request don't prefer policy bazaar for any kind of insurance. Better go to the particular company website and do the insurance. I am facing a problem for more than 2 months regarding refund. No proper response from them. Beware of cheating animals.

" Worst customer care service. I called them like 4 times in single day. I was confused while selecting policy so I called them. I had few small queries which I was not able to figure out. That's why I choose to call them. I spoke with 4 representative and every time they said we will call you in five mins. I waited for 6 hours but I did not received any call from them. I recommend users to use Policy Bazaar only for policy comparison. Do not use Policy Bazaar for any other insurance related processes. Insurance is important part of life! "

" Bad, Pathetic service. Policybazaar executive Mr. Kanhaiya misguided me & made me bought a policy that was no good.
I purchased a travel insurance policy from Policybazaar. Their agent Mr. Kanhaiya was only talking about the benefits of the policy, but didn't at even one touched about "deductibles" in the policy.
As a result, when I claimed the amount, it was rejected by the insurance provider, Reliance.
Policybazaar will misguide you to any extent to ensure that there sales increase by selling these policies.
Avoid--> Much better options available in the market. "
