" Been their customer for 7 yrs..Pathetic service, don't even provide 50% of plan speed and keep asking to upgrade the plan...customers service ppl are either illiterate or over smart keep saying that plan speed is "upto" so getting 500 kbps is fine in 3mbps plan.....their access point is located on a house completely hidden by nearby buildings and now the connectivity is terrible,
But they don't care to relocate it, saying we are don't heed to single customer complaint....Chor company "

" Worst service ever. I will not even give 1 star to them. I am so frustrated with Tikona service. Customer care is pathetic. All the sales guys and technicians just depends on customer care. No help is provided to the customers for their queries.
Tikona does not save any of its customer's email database and when the customer tries to talk about the issues for which the email was sent they say that there was no email sent by you for this query even when the customer provides the history of chain emails. Sick of Tikona internet. Ideally the company should be closed out. "
