" My fav place to go every morning , best instructors .
I was a beginner, the trainers are very good at their work , they encourage you to bend , take up the position & at the same time not to force your body. The place is very calm & nice.
They have started with props yoga starting March 1st which is very interesting experience & aerial yoga at an additional cost once in a week.
My current trainer is Sanupriya - she does an amazing job to ensure we follow postures correctly & ensures we perform all the steps under her guidance very well. "

" The yoga studio is spacious and has all amenities that a studio should have. The highlight of Sarva Jayanagar is SANU PRIYA, the yoga teacher who has an authentic personality, she is generous and humble. Her best quality is her passion for yoga which is contagious. She is very dedicated and empowering in her teaching which has resulted in me being dedicated and empowered. Her classes are always fun. You get to learn something new everyday. And I promise you that every class you will go home stronger both physically and mentally. "
