" Horrible customer service. We selected tiles and paid - until that moment very decent behaviour.
Once they get your money - everything goes downhill.
1. They sent the wrong tiles. When we notified this to them - instead of an apology, the answer was " Yes, I know - those were not in stock - so I sent these".
Why don't they inform the customer before sending a different product.
2. And they funniest part came when he said " I can give you same tiles that you selected - but at a higher price".
3. Also they refuse to replace broken tiles (they came broken in the package when delivered).
Stay away from this cheating people. Go elsewhere for better selection and decent customer service.
Such shops have to be boycotted to help improve customer service standards in our city.
The lady (who apparently owns/manages the shop) learned her business skills from a government handout counter in the USSR - she told 2 customers that if you are not happy with us - you can get lost. ..... "

" At the time of purchase they behaved politely. But at the time of replacing the damaged tiles, their behavior was so rude. Customer was polite but they were behaving so rude as if the customer broke the tiles. Customer is the one who is spending money, why should that person itself break the item for what he/she bought !!!
Rates of tiles were negotiated which is a big advantage of this shop. "
