" We had an exceptional customer experience during one of my purchases at Pittappillil Agencies , Edappally.
We were attended by Akhil. He knew the details of the product and he was very transparent on the offers. He later even updated me when an offer on the product was withdrawn , even though it might result in myself cancelling the purchase. When it took sometime for us to take a final decision, he regularly updated me on the offers and even got me a better deals couple of weeks later. He ensured that the product was delivered to me as per my convenience . I was even surprised to get an immediate response from him on a message I send on billing related queries at 11 PM.
