" The worst spa ever. Not clean at all the massage therapist were horrible felt like she was washing my body like Vessels no proper technique.The steam is very dangerous the pipe is directly open it can burn ur body. The staff over there is not Cooperative at all. "

" Was fine on massage. Disappointed about reflexology treatment given had been particular to check and ask for someone able to do points with good pressure. Anything specialist, book in advance and be specific. Personnel were good in listening feedback and offered compensation for next time but was too late by then. Mind was made up to try an alternative place and be more careful with bookings in future "

" Horrible. Would never go again to the one in Balewadi High Street. The therapist was extremely rude, nothing close to being a therapist! and the lady at the reception was not trained to do her job. All that mattered to her was about billing & membership as opposed to fixing the unpleasant experience. Sub-standard service for the heavy price they charge. "
