“what a great location, luxurious facilities, spot on treatments, amazing beautiful views, awesome food, best ambience by a wonderful place to unwind and above all best humble staff very highly professional from the medical staff (especially Dr. Manoj Kutteri who went out of his way and beyond to make me understand the best ways to confront my medical issues (BP & Diabetes) that did give me an amazing results since all went back to normal parameter), all the way to the gardeners”

" Elements of dishonesty and misrepresentation by sales team, thus loss of several points. Sales manager for international sales informed they will give me a certain type of room for my mother's birthday, however upon arrival, no communication was given to the staff on site and I was given lower category room, opposite to as agreed upon during the formation of contract. I had to force argue my way with the on site manager, to get the room I was asked. He then gave me the worst view in that category, instead of trying to make me happy and give me a room with lake view.
It is about honesty with clients.
Staff did their job, merely to get the salary and a job, more than customer service.
I informed them that I will be placing a very big contract for a fortune 500 company that I represent in the United States, however they did not care and happy to loose contract worth thousands of dollars. Good for them. I wish owner reads this review, because usually owner's personalities are not as what the staff demonstrates or represents. However, they do not care about how the customer feels.
Half the time no one answers phones when one calls, and also, when I went to spa, the lady at front desk was more interested in playing card games on her computer, then explaining to me the services with a happy attitude. Her attitude was, get the F out of here so I can continue playing my PC game.
The only thing I really liked was the staff at the restaurant, the IHM intern who does a great job and the food quality which was good. Apart from that all point lost due to lack of service in other parts of hotel. "
