Shameless and pathetic manner of speaking right from the cashier to the manager.
I deposited money into my clients account held with Bank of Baroda. The only proof of payment I have is a butterpaper print out from the machine which will get erased in the next 2 days. So if my client comes back I have no proof. Apart from the argument of making a persons job redundant through installation of a machine twice as expensive, the manager (who can't even speak a word of English in 2016) tells me, "Hum stamp nahi denge jaao, kya karna hai kar lo"
Whatever happened to customer service and the fact that this is the money that pays their salary???
This is the second time this has happened in 2 months. Ridiculous!! "
