" The show time was 3.30pm for justice league and we were not given to enter the cinema premises(entrance image attached) @3.05 pm saying that we need to avoid crowding. This is the first time we have come across such an issue. None of the cinemas stop you from entering the premises if you have a valid ticket. I don't know on which terms Carnival Cinemas are operating. "

" Theater experience is not that great comparison with other brands.
Washroom are small.
Limited snack option during interval. Cinema sounding is not that great. Sound normal. Sitting capacity differs according to screen. I guess nearly 4 -5 screens are available.

" Air conditioning system is v. Worst... So feeling v. Hot & swetting- inside the screen.. Had couple of times the same experience... Am requesting you don't go there to watch movies... Else u will also get the same... "

" You order nachos worth 175, you won't get a bill.. they say it's not on their menu .. so no bill. Seats are broken, Screen 2 - C row 12 no. Most ridiculous statement ever. I ended up spending over 1000 + rs for 2 people - movie and food, Thank God the movie was good, and I had a kid with me, so I was not much pissed. Rest it's a disaster. Never visit again. :-( "
