" Once this hotel was one of the best in the zone and used to be a experience everyone wanted to have atleast once in the lifetime. With growth in the navi Mumbai, the whole area is mashroomed with multiple eating options but i guess people still counts on this hotel. Unfortunately my today's experience is literally worst and seems like the place is going south on the road of the glory. The taste of the food is still good butthe owner seems cutting down on the staff and service is pathetic to the core. They couldn't even put the basics like spoons, napkins, glasses and water in time. I spent almost whole time to get everything till i left the hotel. Try to avoid this place if you are here only for food with no drinking. "

" Location is spot on the highway, staff and managers are helpful. Looks well managed and clean throughout. Was there for an event, had a great overall experience. "

" Shikara has good ambience from the very entrance. Tables are arranged in kashmiri boats may be called shikara, and there are alive ducks or may be swan swimming and bathing in water besides the boat...Feels Amazing!!!... "

" Recently visited this place to attend a wedding, the hospitality of this Place is very good specially F&B staff but was bit disappointed with their food .
The biggest negative point of this hotel they don't have lift all the luggage has to be carried physically. "
