" This is a posh 5 start hotel. Service here is excellent. The food was good. The breakfast buffet spread is huge with lots of options. Their service was really quick and they had a lot of service staff on hand. The rooms are nice and big. Valet parking was quick too. Also this place is reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. "

" As per the experience, the place is highly decent and is a really upscale place. The hotel is highly maintained and has been really great with the security. The Decoration of the place is tended for peace.
The Ball Room is a very neat and a great place for functions. The place is highly daunting and gives an immense pleasure. There is eating facility available and the rooms are too clean and the service is fantastic. "

" Its a very good place and has lots of option for clubbing as well as for having a family dinner. Rooms as well as other things are very well taken care. Vale parking is also very good no issue in handling over your car. The club is a too upright place but it is all right safety majors are taken care. Restaurant is a best place to be visited costing around 3K between a group of 4 is a reasonable and the food here is also delicious. "

" Superb hotel....one of the best I've stayed in.Impressive hospitality and exceptional food.They really go that extra mile to take care of their customers need.i stayed in the deluxe room with the skyline view and I must say the view is really nice.Pool area is great for a nice morning dip and a relaxing evening.They have different restaurants for a novel dining experience.My personal favourite is the Italian ALTO VINO.Had a great time staying with you JW Marriott SB road. " Well, always great hospitality at JW. This one's no exception. Right from check in t9 check out, it's just perfect. Alao loved their variety of restaurants and food options. Funnily enough, their volcanic water lap tasted yum.. They proved 6 bottles of water per day! "

" Great ambience. Courteous staff. Delicious food. Went to Spice Kitchen for a late dinner with wife. Yummy butter chicken and garlic naan, followed by a very close to authentic New York style cheese cake (could have improved on the crust though) Overall, amazing experience! "

" If you come across the lady called 'Lovely' and another north eastern woman in maroon saree at the reception, steer clear away. Because they aren't really going to make you feel very welcome here. And it may be a few minutes before they get off their high horses and actually attend to you. I suspect, that had something to do with my skin colour. Of course, white skin seemed to be the preferred choice for guests. Some of my friends who arrived later during the day, was made to wait for 2-3 hrs because their rooms were not ready despite the hotel being informed in advance about their early arrival. And finally, I quite surprised to see that my room wasn't cleaned properly. There were white hairs on my chair near the writing desk. I guess they assumed that I'd never use the writing desk to begin with!
To be fair, there were a handful of efficient, polite and helpful hotel staff (Sohom at the reception and the guys at the concierge are very good). But the ladies successfully overshadowed and dampened my experience there.

" LUXURY REDEFINED - My second visit to this place, and still i am truly satisfied with my stay. There are 2 Marriott in Pune and this one is much better and luxurious. The hotel as a panoramic view of the city if you choose the right room. The room are luxurious and spacious. The breakfast menu is fabulous and quite huge. The swimming pool is located well away from hotel crowd and has a small bar counter which can serve you with drinks during your swim. The ballrooms located at the ground floor are very good for corporate or family functions. A MUST VISIT PLACE, RECOMMENDED "
