" The staff was polite even when the showroom was too crowded. We were offered drinking water, coffee etc. (I know they want to please the customer). But it was overall a good experience being there. All the details about the vehicle I was enquiring were presented in a good way. "

" Average servicing. Sometimes have to chase behind them for spare parts which ideally should be readily available being one of the authorized centers.
Sales wise had to chase them a lot for getting a reasonable explanation on delay of car delivery and things weren't cleared on the time of booking.

" maruti showroom cum service center. Their service centre supervisors are really cunning. If you blindly believe them then they will make your simple servicing into a major one. My last servicing should have been done with 2k-3k but they made it 10k. I will now think 10 times before coming to this place. "
