" I had a woeful experience with Opulentus in entire Canada PR process, starting from day 1 after made the final payment.
Sales team didn't communicate anything during the first meet and even after IRR report. All process and required documentation was shared by the case officer after made the full payment.
I had to spend all my personal time in gathering vast list of documents and gone through a lot of chores at each stage, like collecting Sealed Transcripts from various universities for myself and my spouse, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Referral letters on Company’s letterhead from all my 4 previous employers & HR
They didn't provide any support or material guidance while providing these essentials, except 4-5 follow-up calls to put more pressure on my efforts.
At last I end up withdrawn my application, as it was way difficult to gather these documents while working. I had to spend twice the amount on consultancy fee, for travelling to various places to get this list of documents and end up with no leaves.
When I had initiated the refund process on 4th May, they started the actual process on 24th May. No valid reason provided to understand the delay; even now the process got stuck up with 'Divergence' team for more than a month.
Irrespective of redundant follow-up emails at VP level, they hadn't been taken any action to move my case any further.
I would advise to do some ground work before making a payment. The sales team is of no use and doesn't even know the basic requirement documentation process. "
