" Collection is good. Good online ordering system though usability of website can be improved. No feedback on any suggestions provided and no implementation as well. Call the customer service and they never would even let you finish and mention your concerns, they would just cut you short and start explaining how things are the way they are. Not ready to even listen to any suggestions. It's take it or leave it kind of attitude. 2 stars deducted simply for poor customer service. Hope at least you start taking note of reviews. "
