" Since October 2019 I was suffering.. with acute sciatica pain ... no amount of strong pain killers could relieve the constant pain in my left leg transmitting all the way down to my foot . The MRI showed that I had a prolapsed disc which was impinging on my nerve , resulting in acute pain . I couldn’t walk nor even get sleep at nights .. the pain was constant and unbearable.
I went to three different famous orthopaedics who all had a different line of treatment with medicines and even steroids and prescribed lumbar surgery .. But all this to no avail . I was desperate .. and was absolutely ready for surgery .. as prescribed by one ORTHO surgeon .. however due to Covid, no elective surgeries were being performed at reputed hospitals .
A friend suggested QI SPINE clinic . Thank my lucky stars I was introduced to Khushboo Singh at QI SPINE .
She started me off with stretches and bends and other extension exercises on regular video sessions , she was patient , courteous and very methodical with an eye for detail . I too was a participative patient and with the constant extensions and exercises.. slowly the pain started dissipating .
I am proud to say .. that not only am i completely pain free but can comfortably exercise everyday with spot jogging , crunches , pushups and planks .

" I was diagnosed with L4 L5 prolapse disks. This happened due to an injury in the gym. The pain was subtle but agitating all the way from my back to my thighs. I quickly started searching for spine specialists to get my back to normal again, that is when I came across Qi Spine , they helped me understand my problem and explained the right procedure that is going to take me through the cure. And here I am today. After 12 sessions of physiotherapy I can say my pain has sufficed to 60% , the doctors say few more sessions is going to set you straight. " I came for treatment for my sciatica to churcgate Mumbai clinic. Very spacious clinic and very energetic and cheerful receptionist. When I met the doctors who examined me I was confident that I am in safe hands. I am having this sciatica problem for last 20 years. Undergone various physio exercises. the digital based exercise instrument is the one I have seen first time. I am impressed. These machines helps not to overdo any exercise. completely monitored by highly qualified doctors apart from specific manual exercises. I have taken MRI about 10 years back. " I used to suffer from frequent backache. I used to do common home treatment to get relief. In last December, it was so acute that I had to be hospitalised in emergency. With the help of pain killers, etc.; I felt better & was discharged. But I got the same problem again in February & April, this year. I had heard about Qi Spine Clinic from my friends who had got cured of their recurrent back problem. I sought an appointment with Dr. Dilshad & started my treatment from May. I always said that I had travelling pain meaning one day it would be shoulder pain next neck, then upper back, lower back and so on. I used to take daily one crocin or it's equivalent, I couldn't do without it.
Then in July 2017 my lower back pain started radiating to my right leg up to the knee. That is when I went to Qi spine clinic. Under Dr. Surbhi Barua.
Dr. Surbhi started with exercises and we worked out on the devices. She showed me that with proper posture and daily exercises I can do without crocin. So today I do not take crocin daily that habit has stopped. My lower back pain is not there and I continue doing my favourite activity dancing.

Always greeted me with a smile and worked hard to make me achieve my goal of playing football again. I was diagnosed with a shift in my lower back and was not even able to stand properly or even sit. Booking appointments was easy, i didn't have to wait for hours at the clinic for my turn and the staff and doctors were very nice and prompt.
