Well equipped & maintained gym with all the facilities.Good head trainers n floor assistance r present who are pro active n knowledgeable.The gym is more specious thn any other gym I can say.
It is divided seperately for weight training and CrossFit.The best point is there is n open space like terrace for CrossFit where v can get the feeling of Open gym n v can conviniently do the functional part n group training.The Gym includes almost everything like Weight training,Cardio,TRX, CrossFit,kick boxing 🥊. Group fitness classes for bollywood dance,Zumba,Yoga are conducted thrice a week which is free for v members.
Seperately changing rooms r available for both ladies n gents.The Gym is Under CCTV 24/7..The Machines r top class and well maintained by servicing them regularly.
Evening time the gym can b a bit crowded,but ample Cardio machines r there to not to keep members waiting.
From last 3 yrs I m a member in this gym n I lost 17kgs which makes me proud Alhamdulillah..It is truly worth for price.I gained Confidence after joining The "RESULT FITNESS".."Everything is a Compromise but not health.So visit at "RESULT FITNESS" for the "BEST RESULT"it would b worth for ur health".
